SCD Buddy: Our 1st Mobile Application is Live! It’s Free and it’s On Android.

We have just released our very first mobile application called “SCD Buddy”.

SCD Buddy is the perfect companion for anyone following the SCD diet or GAPS diet.

Did you already find yourself in a shop, wondering if this or that food was legal on SCD? With SCD Buddy loaded in your Android Phone, you won’t have to take a risk or wait until you get back home to know.

Just open the application, enter the ingredient name and see, instantly, if it is SCD legal or not.

PS: Right now it is only available on Android but we plan to port it on iPhone as soon as time allows.

Why is this not showing up in the app store on Iphone?

Hi Tom, I mentioned in the post that it was only available for Android right now. I need to see if there’s enough interest for an iPhone version before developing it.

I’d love this for the iPhone!! I’m just starting the SCD after having a baby and being veggie for 20+ years- anything that makes the transition to health easier for me and the family would be amazing!!
Please please please develop this for the iPhone !!

I have Android 5.1 tablet. Is it okay to download this app? It says “this app may not be optimized for this device”. I didn’t try to download.

    • Charles W. James says:

Yes it should work, in any case, if not compatible, it will not harm your device :)
